I have a 27-page work out for each scale that I practice daily. I keep the metronome at 60. I play the scale in eighth, triplets, sixteenths, quintuplets, sextuplets, septuplets and 32nds. Then I do the same with intervals, from an interval of a 3rd to the octave.
Use the same workout with minor scales.
